What a pleasure it was using Precision. The gentleman that came to replace my garage door opener was not only professional but friendly. He was even kind to my chickens who came running to see what was going on when the garage door opened! He was also efficient--got the job done in 1 hour, took away the old fixture, and left my garage clean and neat. He also explained how to use the wall unit, the remotes, and set up and explained the outside keypad opener. What a treat that is! The service was excellent from the young lady who initially took my call and made the appointment to the installer who replaced the opener. When the time comes to replace the other garage opener I will be calling Precision to get the job done. Thanks!

I just wanted to start off by saying your technician Justin was awesome. He replaced the springs in a timely manner and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Top notch guy! I give him 5 stars. Now for my overall opinion of your service. First off $135 for a service visit? Obviously I knew that I needed springs replaced but I had no idea how much the total price was going to be. By charging $135 upfront, you are able to charge whatever you want for the repairs once your tech arrives and determines the issue. $635 for replacing 2 springs is a little high considering those springs probably cost less than $100 each. Being more upfront with your customers about a price “range” would be much more appropriate. Also your invoices are not itemized properly. You show quantity but there is no mention of price per item. Would I use your service again? Yes I would, if time didn’t allow me to do the repairs myself.
