Eddie replaced my garage door Motor & Belt, Remotes and Keypads. He provided quotes for all options to accomplish my repair. I chose to replace the motor because of its age. He was courteous and pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Eddie removed old parts and any debris and made sure that codes worked for both old and new garage motors before leaving. Precision replaced the spring in the opposite door a few years ago. When I called, I talked with a real person on a Sunday to make the appointment. I highly recommend Precision.

Courteous and responsive from initial scheduling, estimated time of install and through installation. Installer, Eddie, was clear and informative as well as skilled, hardworking and friendly. Pleased with service and results on garage door openers - provided all that I requested at a fair value. Also took time to advise on potential future project for large overhead door(s) for barn.
