Justin Rice is a top notch garage door tech! He explained everything which needed to be done and performed the tasks flawlessly. Justin went above and beyond my expectations and took it upon himself to correct the immediate issue and actually at the same time fixed a few other problems with my door. excellent service and I could not be happier. Our garage door springs broke, after 10 years, on a Sunday. Both cars were in the garage so there was no way to get them out. We called the number and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, gave us acceptable estimate, and got to work. He finished the job within an hour. Door was working perfectly when he left. I would use this company and recommend.
