We had an issue with one of the springs on our garage door which was under warranty. We got a quick appointment; the spring(s) were replaced and while Dan was there, he lubed the other garage door. He was very efficient and prompt. We would definitely recommend Precision. They stood behind their warranty.

I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge and service of Brian Daley. When he arrived, I thought I was headed for over $1,000 in repairs. Within minutes, Brian assessed my garage door damages and clearly explained the tactical steps we'd need to take to avoid such hefty costs. Though we have to wait for installation of the new part ordered, Brian also fixed 50% of the issue right onsite with no trouble. I would absolutely book again.

Eddie replaced my garage door Motor & Belt, Remotes and Keypads. He provided quotes for all options to accomplish my repair. I chose to replace the motor because of its age. He was courteous and pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Eddie removed old parts and any debris and made sure that codes worked for both old and new garage motors before leaving. Precision replaced the spring in the opposite door a few years ago. When I called, I talked with a real person on a Sunday to make the appointment. I highly recommend Precision.

Wow! That was a great experience using Precision Door. On Saturday our opener motor pretty much exploded(sic) with pieces everywhere and a chain hanging off the rail. I was given an appointment for Monday with a 4 hr window between 1000-1400. Technician (Justin) pulled into my driveway @ 1005. Justin gave me options which included a full replacement on parts and motor. Justin was great; quality of work, professionalism and quick! Couldn’t believe the quality of the equipment and how whisper quiet it is now. Even with helping to set up app and vehicles Justin was still pulling out of the driveway @ 1205! Thanks to Justin and Precision Door for such a smooth experience.
