I was quite pleased with the quick turnaround from inquiry to scheduling an appointment. Justin was fabulous in explaining what he was doing throughout the 20 minutes of time. I truly was caught off guard with the final pricing for 3 car devices and one wall mount totaling over $500.

I was very pleased with the fact that I called on a Friday and the worker was here on Monday morning. The gentleman was courteous and professional. My garage door wouldn't open (or close) but it now works very smoothly and quietly. I did get a warranty with the service but hope I don't need it.

Request garage door repair but only option given was $4500 replacement door. Several people and google search said simple angle iron brace to repair. Called local garage door service and door was repair, with angle iron brace, and working great. Cost of repair $150! Would NOT recommend your company as it appears I was charged for a sales pitch!

I was looking for a company to install a garage door opener. Their name sounded reliable, their reviews were excellent and the customer service was beyond great! I emailed them seeking a quote and they texted me back, which was so convenient. We set up a time for tech to come measure for it. Tech called within scheduled window to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He gave us options for the openers and had them in his truck and installed it that night! We are so happy with Precision Door Service that we plan to have them replace two older door openers with the nice quiet models (with key pads!) and we want to request the same tech we had last night. He was awesome. Thanks so much! Five stars all around.

Service was very good and doors work well. However, I do think that $900.00 for a set of springs and pulleys with 15 minutes labor is a little excessive but I was in a hurry and needed it done. I would definately check some other prices out next time.

A spring went on my door recently so I decided to make an appointment with Precision Door. Being able to schedule everything online was a big plus for me. I was notified when the tech would arrive and they were promptly on time. Dylan was who repaired my door and was super friendly and professional. He gave me a rundown on the repairs needed, all the options and gave his personal suggestion what needed to be done. He told me it would take an hour but I'd be surprised if it took him more than thirty minutes to replace both springs and cables. Definitely holding onto his card and I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for garage door service

Great service, I am very happy I waited for the second opinion. First local company wanted to charge me $200 just for closing my garage door and told me that the door are not fixable and needed to be replaced for $3000. Justin from Precision recommended the replacement in the future but was able to fix my door perfectly for the fair price. Thank you!

Justin Rice is a top notch garage door tech! He explained everything which needed to be done and performed the tasks flawlessly. Quick estimate from knowledgable person who explained the qualities of the different options clearly and did not try to up-sell me on more expensive doors or lifts he did not think I needed. The pricing seemed fair and straight-forward with no hidden or surprise costs. Seven weeks later the doors were installed efficiently and work flawlessly.
