A spring went on my door recently so I decided to make an appointment with Precision Door. Being able to schedule everything online was a big plus for me. I was notified when the tech would arrive and they were promptly on time. Dylan was who repaired my door and was super friendly and professional. He gave me a rundown on the repairs needed, all the options and gave his personal suggestion what needed to be done. He told me it would take an hour but I'd be surprised if it took him more than thirty minutes to replace both springs and cables. Definitely holding onto his card and I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for garage door service
