We have had the same gentleman come to our home for repairs on numerous occasions. He is always punctual, gives us a call before arrival or if he is running ahead of schedule will call to inquire if he can come out sooner to tackle the task at hand. Mike Maghakian was absolutely awesome. Called and asked if he could come early. Hell yea! Came right in, diagnosed the issue, suggested options clearly and completely which allowed me to make an informed decision. New opener was clearly the thing to do. We chatted the whole time and he never stopped working. Got the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally. We have two doors and you can be sure when the next one needs help we will be calling and asking for Mike! Keep up the great work! I now have a go-to garage door company I can recommend to family and friends, and I will.
