Service Tech showed up on time and was very personable. Showed me a simple fix to align the sensors. I never stop getting compliments about my garage doors! They set off the whole house. The wood grain look has many people believing they are solid mahogany! Love ‘em!!

Barry made quick work of replacing my self-destructed door opener and lift system despite the extreme heat. I was shocked that new door hardware (springs, cables, pulleys, rollers) costs more than a new drive unit, but I am happy that the new hardware has ten times the rated cycle life versus the OEM hardware, and the door is rolling so much more easily now than it had been. I'm a little bummed that the new drive units don't support multiple wired control switches in parallel. All this "smart" technology, yet we seem to have taken a step backward in basic installation versatility. Oh well; I ordered a wireless wall controller to replace my old doorbell switch. Anyway, thanks to Barry, my garage door is working like new.

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem. After calling, Precision sent another tech asap to assist with the problem and it was fixed and I was reassured that the previous fixes were also needed. Thank you Precision for your help!

My garage door failed Thursday evening and I called Precision at 7pm that night. They had someone at my house by 11AM Friday. Justin made quick work of my broken spring issue. I decided to replace some of the other moving components at Justin's suggestion, and now my door is so quiet and smooth. This guy really knows his trade and was very easy to deal with. Precision made paying easy with a link sent to my email. Great company, I would definitly recommend them to family and friends.

If it was just based on service I would give 5 stars, fast and easy service. The cost of what I received is where the stars are lost. I paid $445 for the tech to unlock the mechanism, change the key pad and receive 2 openers and maybe took 15 minutes. I know the initial person coming is $144 but it doesn’t seem like the rest would add up to $300. The invoice did not have a price breakdown just QTY and the total.

Mike Maghakian was absolutely awesome. Called and asked if he could come early. Hell yea! Came right in, diagnosed the issue, suggested options clearly and completely which allowed me to make an informed decision. New opener was clearly the thing to do. We chatted the whole time and he never stopped working. Got the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally.
