Barry made quick work of replacing my self-destructed door opener and lift system despite the extreme heat. I was shocked that new door hardware (springs, cables, pulleys, rollers) costs more than a new drive unit, but I am happy that the new hardware has ten times the rated cycle life versus the OEM hardware, and the door is rolling so much more easily now than it had been. I'm a little bummed that the new drive units don't support multiple wired control switches in parallel. All this "smart" technology, yet we seem to have taken a step backward in basic installation versatility. Oh well; I ordered a wireless wall controller to replace my old doorbell switch. Anyway, thanks to Barry, my garage door is working like new.

I have had an issue with one of my garage doors for quite some time with it not wanting to stay closed. So I figured that I would just replace the whole opener mechanism. Through some online research of repair / installers, I ended up picking Precision Door Service. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. Wanted to take a look at the situation before recommending a replacement unit. He said all that was needed was some adjustment but would replace the unit if I really wanted to, but said that it really was not necessary. Made the adjustments and everything worked flawlessly. So hard to find a business that doesn't want to rake you over the coals and have you buy items that you don't really need. Top notch company and team. Keep up the good work and I would highly recommend using Precision Door Service. Thank you 100 times over.

I was given same day service option but elected an appointment the next day which was easily accommodated. The technician, Justin, was courteous and professional. He replaced the broken cable and noticed rust damage on the bottom of door which was promptly addressed. Problem solved quickly. Very satisfied!

I am so pleased I chose Precision Door! Quick service and my technician Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and determined it was an electrical problem. He said if I needed anything to call the company and they would be happy to help. He also wrote down everything for me to give to the electrician of what he found. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem.
