Dan was very helpful. The issue we had was the garage door opening and immediately closing. Unfortunately, the problem didn't occur when Dan was here. However, he pointed out why it was happening before and to contact him if it happens again. The issue is that the motor is old and will eventually need replacing. He let me know we could apply the service call payment today to any fix that is done in the near future which I appreciated. He answered all my questions. Rob

Your technician came 2 and a half hours before my appointment window. When I said nobody would be home for at least an hour, you guys just canceled instead without letting me know.
We’re very sorry about the mix-up. As we mentioned in our messages, something went wrong on our end and your appointment was inadvertently canceled. We apologize both for the confusion and for not communicating with you properly. We service more than 6,000 customers each year and work hard to deliver the white-glove level of service we promise.
