Your technician came 2 and a half hours before my appointment window. When I said nobody would be home for at least an hour, you guys just canceled instead without letting me know.

I have had Precision come out to fix my garage door twice now, once in 2022 to replace a broken coil, and today to address an undetermined issue. The technicians were both very courteous and informative at each visit. Today Dan was able to quicky determine the issue and fix it on the spot. Once again my garage door is running smoothly. Hello, my name is Bob Fournier and I live in Hudson, NH. I called Precision Door and requested a telephone estimate on the replacement of the bottom seal on my 45 year old 9 ft. garage door. I received a telephone conversation estimate, that I felt was very fair and proceeded to schedule an appointment. The scheduled appointment with the repair person, was set for today (9/07/23) and I was notified twice to confirm an approximate arrival time. The Repair Person was precisely on time and completed the replacement of the door seal, as requested. The Service and Price was exceptional!! I would not hesitate in using Precision in the future, if ever needing garage door service/repair.
