I was having trouble with my garage door openers slamming down hard and not opening properly. Lloyd came out and had the problem fixed in no time. He took the time to explain the issue to me and possible future spring replacement. He knew exactly what he was doing. You were the second company I called the first just came in and took the opener units apart and told me I needed new units. I'm certainly glad I called for a second opinion! I had a nice conversation with Lloyd and I think I found my husband a new fishing partner!

I called on a Thursday afternoon for repairs on my doors. By Friday afternoon, they were being repaired. Brian was amazing, he called to let me know that he was about a half hour away and explained the repairs to be made in terms that I understood. He was neat and clean when all was done. Love your notification system. I was sent a picture and the name of who would be arriving at my home. Also, notified 1/2 hour before arrival. Matt was courteous, friendly and completed the repair within 1 hour of arrival. He cleaned up and was on to his next call. Completely satisfied.

Very professional from start to finish. Door is 11 years old and had never been serviced, It had no problem but I felt I needed to have a check-up. Technition was more than promp in arrival, explained exactly what he was going to do and why and instructed me in how to continue upkeep going forward. He also indicated what else might need attention in the future and what the approximate cost would be. I definitely would retain this company again
