I have had an issue with one of my garage doors for quite some time with it not wanting to stay closed. So I figured that I would just replace the whole opener mechanism. Through some online research of repair / installers, I ended up picking Precision Door Service. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. Wanted to take a look at the situation before recommending a replacement unit. He said all that was needed was some adjustment but would replace the unit if I really wanted to, but said that it really was not necessary. Made the adjustments and everything worked flawlessly. So hard to find a business that doesn't want to rake you over the coals and have you buy items that you don't really need. Top notch company and team. Keep up the good work and I would highly recommend using Precision Door Service. Thank you 100 times over.

I had hoped that the faulty door could be repaired. No such luck. The whole electrical system was replaced in two hours and the new system is quiet and it works every time. I can recommend Precision Door for competence and job well done.

I was given same day service option but elected an appointment the next day which was easily accommodated. The technician, Justin, was courteous and professional. He replaced the broken cable and noticed rust damage on the bottom of door which was promptly addressed. Problem solved quickly. Very satisfied!

I am so pleased I chose Precision Door! Quick service and my technician Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and determined it was an electrical problem. He said if I needed anything to call the company and they would be happy to help. He also wrote down everything for me to give to the electrician of what he found. If I needed anything them again I will be sure to ask for him although I’m sure if they are like him they will be fabulous.

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem. My garage door failed Thursday evening and I called Precision at 7pm that night. They had someone at my house by 11AM Friday. Justin made quick work of my broken spring issue. I decided to replace some of the other moving components at Justin's suggestion, and now my door is so quiet and smooth. This guy really knows his trade and was very easy to deal with. Regarding Travis R, this is the second time that he has make a service call for my garage door. On 3/3/23, he did an excellent job replacing the requisite hardware for my door. On 3/6/25, Travis provided a thorough estimate for a new garage door. He also gave reasons for the problems that I have had with my current door. The technician Eddie was excellent- he was professional, punctual, nice and fixed my door quickly. And even better- he told me I wouldn't be charged because it was under warranty, even though when I made they appointment I was told I had to pay $140 just to have the tech come to my house. If it was just based on service I would give 5 stars, fast and easy service. The cost of what I received is where the stars are lost. I paid $445 for the tech to unlock the mechanism, change the key pad and receive 2 openers and maybe took 15 minutes. I know the initial person coming is $144 but it doesn’t seem like the rest would add up to $300. The invoice did not have a price breakdown just QTY and the total.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because the website indicated they were comprehensive enough to have the tools, parts and employee expertise to solve my door issue. And they did! All parts were on the service truck. I got next day service and the technician (Justin) was very competent and professional. He replaced the part of my garage door opening system that was causing the problem.
