I am so pleased I chose Precision Door! Quick service and my technician Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and determined it was an electrical problem. He said if I needed anything to call the company and they would be happy to help. He also wrote down everything for me to give to the electrician of what he found. If I needed anything them again I will be sure to ask for him although I’m sure if they are like him they will be fabulous.

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem. After calling, Precision sent another tech asap to assist with the problem and it was fixed and I was reassured that the previous fixes were also needed. Thank you Precision for your help!

My garage door failed Thursday evening and I called Precision at 7pm that night. They had someone at my house by 11AM Friday. Justin made quick work of my broken spring issue. I decided to replace some of the other moving components at Justin's suggestion, and now my door is so quiet and smooth. This guy really knows his trade and was very easy to deal with. Precision made paying easy with a link sent to my email. Great company, I would definitly recommend them to family and friends.

Regarding Travis R, this is the second time that he has make a service call for my garage door. On 3/3/23, he did an excellent job replacing the requisite hardware for my door. On 3/6/25, Travis provided a thorough estimate for a new garage door. He also gave reasons for the problems that I have had with my current door. Travis demonstrated both knowledge and patience with his explanations. I highly recommend his services!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Justin at Precision Garage Doors. He was timely, explained what needed to be done and answered all my questioned. He was very professional and pleasant. He went right to work and was patient with me as I tried out the door when everything was completed. I was also pleased with the Company. The person who took my call was pleasant and set up an appointment that was only a couple of days from my call! I highly recommend Precision.

If it was just based on service I would give 5 stars, fast and easy service. The cost of what I received is where the stars are lost. I paid $445 for the tech to unlock the mechanism, change the key pad and receive 2 openers and maybe took 15 minutes. I know the initial person coming is $144 but it doesn’t seem like the rest would add up to $300. The invoice did not have a price breakdown just QTY and the total.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because the website indicated they were comprehensive enough to have the tools, parts and employee expertise to solve my door issue. And they did! All parts were on the service truck. I got next day service and the technician (Justin) was very competent and professional. He replaced the part of my garage door opening system that was causing the problem.

Company that installed closed. Found you company online. My garage door would not open would unhitch. Lloyd Anderson came to my home very courteous and professional explained in detail what he found and and recommendations for correction. completed the job and my door works fine. Would recommend it his company especially Lloyd.
