My door spring broke on Sunday and I was able to get hold of a representative who scheduled an appointment that worked for me. The technician, Mike, was very courteous and helpful and was actually early and was able to repair the door very quickly. He also gave me tips on how to properly maintain the doors in my garage. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!

Very professional from start to finish. Door is 11 years old and had never been serviced, It had no problem but I felt I needed to have a check-up. Technition was more than promp in arrival, explained exactly what he was going to do and why and instructed me in how to continue upkeep going forward. He also indicated what else might need attention in the future and what the approximate cost would be. I definitely would retain this company again

The technician arrived and informed me that since the garage door opener was purchased from Home Depot he could not repair it because he did not have the parts. I was told when I booked the appointment that they fixed ALL types of openers. I told him it was a sensor issue and not a mechanical and again told me he could not work on it because it was from Home Depot, and said he could install a new one for $695.00 and up. He was extremely rude and was more concerned with how he was going to get paid the $115.00 for the service call and 25 point inspection that was never performed. I paid $115.00 for nothing. Would not recommend this company at all. I tried to contact a supervisor at the company and was told none were available and would receive a call back. That was at 9:00 a.m. and it is now 1:00 p.m. with no return call. I feel like this was a scam to get me to purchase a new garage door opener from them that I did not need.

Our garage door springs broke, after 10 years, on a Sunday. Both cars were in the garage so there was no way to get them out. We called the number and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, gave us acceptable estimate, and got to work. He finished the job within an hour. Door was working perfectly when he left. I would use this company and recommend.

All I needed was to fix my connections to my garage doors for the 2nd remote and the keypad. Plus, wanted tracks checked and oiled. Doors were new in 2016. Was just a bunch of smoke and mirrors about the price from this guy Mike. $110 to come out, then it was $185 just to spray the garage doors (that otherwise had no problem), then that became $139.95 but he didn't want to do the 2nd door at first. Apparently, I did need a new 2nd remote (not sure, as I gave him 2 other ones that I had just bought batteries for) so that ramped the price up again to be $186.95. He didn't even set up the remotes the way I wanted them. Never again will I hire Precision. I just paid it, because I wanted it done. Hire better employees is my advice.

Mike M is simply awesome. Called 30 minutes out before arrival and could arrive earlier, if ok with me, which was fine. Took one second to assess bearings were shot. He clearly explained cost, options and time. Methodically took all the products needed out of his truck, neatly set up for the rebuild and completed the job of replacing garage doors springs, cables, rollers, etc. in a short amount of time. A true professional, friendly, courteous and maintained safety and social distancing. Highly recommend this tech.

Mike Maghakian came back to adjust my brand new door, which was making a scraping noise, and would not go all the way down. The brackets were too tight, and he showed me that there was metal shavings from the door being too tight. Mike adjusted everything, and fixed other small imperfections, and everything seems to be quiet and running great now. Mike was professional and awesome in the way he explained what was going on. His service levels were above and beyond expected, and would recommend others to do business with your company. David
