I called because my 15 year old opener quit working. I expected a several day wait and was very surprised they fit me in the next day. Justin called and asked to come early (bonus!). Justin was professional and had our new opener installed in no time. He also supplied me with a list of things that will need replacement but told me to hold off due to the cost. That’s a huge help which allows us to budget. I have used another company for 15 years and I never received this kind of service. I will be a Precision customer from now on. My door spring broke on Sunday and I was able to get hold of a representative who scheduled an appointment that worked for me. The technician, Mike, was very courteous and helpful and was actually early and was able to repair the door very quickly. He also gave me tips on how to properly maintain the doors in my garage. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!

The technician arrived and informed me that since the garage door opener was purchased from Home Depot he could not repair it because he did not have the parts. I was told when I booked the appointment that they fixed ALL types of openers. I told him it was a sensor issue and not a mechanical and again told me he could not work on it because it was from Home Depot, and said he could install a new one for $695.00 and up. He was extremely rude and was more concerned with how he was going to get paid the $115.00 for the service call and 25 point inspection that was never performed. I paid $115.00 for nothing. Would not recommend this company at all. I tried to contact a supervisor at the company and was told none were available and would receive a call back. That was at 9:00 a.m. and it is now 1:00 p.m. with no return call. I feel like this was a scam to get me to purchase a new garage door opener from them that I did not need.

Our garage door springs broke, after 10 years, on a Sunday. Both cars were in the garage so there was no way to get them out. We called the number and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, gave us acceptable estimate, and got to work. He finished the job within an hour. Door was working perfectly when he left. I would use this company and recommend.

Precision garage door! I can’t say how happy I was to find a door company open with the COVID-19. Called on Thursday and they set up an appointment for the next day, gave me a time and the service tech call saying he was on his way ( early ) and when he got to my house he looked over the issue and gave me three options. We pick the options we wanted it before you know it he had it completed then show me that the door was balanced and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or anyone it asked me about them. Thanks for the fast response and the service tech was very informative and polite. I will definitely call you if I ever need help again

When our garage door opener stopped working, I started calling random numbers for a repair and the quickest appointment I could get was two and a half weeks later. I kept trying and landed on Precision and saw the excellent reviews. I called and did, indeed, speak to a human who was able to get me an appointment in two days. She sent me an email confirmation of the appointment, named the repairman, and sent a photo for recognition purposes. This a very reassuring touch. The repairman, Barry, called an hour ahead of time and said he could come an hour sooner, if that was acceptable. I was delighted! He arrived, assessed the problem and immediately knew we needed a new sprocket. As advertised, the replacement part was stocked in his truck. Within a half hour the opener was not only working, but working more smoothly than it has in years. Barry was polite, efficient, and obviously knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with his work and with Precision.
