Justin Rice is a top notch garage door tech! He explained everything which needed to be done and performed the tasks flawlessly. Justin went above and beyond my expectations and took it upon himself to correct the immediate issue and actually at the same time fixed a few other problems with my door. excellent service and I could not be happier. Hat`s off to Justin and if all of Precision`s people are like Justin it`s a winning formula!

Repaired the door to working order. This was for the house we are getting ready for my daughters young family who will be moving from out of state within weeks. We live in a house tow round away. Both of us took business cards and will call you when we actually need new doors. Thank you.

I just wanted to start off by saying your technician Justin was awesome. He replaced the springs in a timely manner and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Top notch guy! I give him 5 stars. Now for my overall opinion of your service. First off $135 for a service visit? Obviously I knew that I needed springs replaced but I had no idea how much the total price was going to be. By charging $135 upfront, you are able to charge whatever you want for the repairs once your tech arrives and determines the issue. $635 for replacing 2 springs is a little high considering those springs probably cost less than $100 each. Being more upfront with your customers about a price “range” would be much more appropriate. Also your invoices are not itemized properly. You show quantity but there is no mention of price per item. Would I use your service again? Yes I would, if time didn’t allow me to do the repairs myself.

The tech arrived on time (actually early, but he called first to see if it was ok) and was professional, courteous, and did a great job. I was very pleased. I would recommend calling them.

I called because my 15 year old opener quit working. I expected a several day wait and was very surprised they fit me in the next day. Justin called and asked to come early (bonus!). Justin was professional and had our new opener installed in no time. He also supplied me with a list of things that will need replacement but told me to hold off due to the cost. That’s a huge help which allows us to budget. I have used another company for 15 years and I never received this kind of service. I will be a Precision customer from now on. Thank you Justin and Precision
