I was given same day service option but elected an appointment the next day which was easily accommodated. The technician, Justin, was courteous and professional. He replaced the broken cable and noticed rust damage on the bottom of door which was promptly addressed. Problem solved quickly. Very satisfied!

I am so pleased I chose Precision Door! Quick service and my technician Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and determined it was an electrical problem. He said if I needed anything to call the company and they would be happy to help. He also wrote down everything for me to give to the electrician of what he found. Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem. Wow! That was a great experience using Precision Door. On Saturday our opener motor pretty much exploded(sic) with pieces everywhere and a chain hanging off the rail. I was given an appointment for Monday with a 4 hr window between 1000-1400. Technician (Justin) pulled into my driveway @ 1005. Justin gave me options which included a full replacement on parts and motor. Justin was great; quality of work, professionalism and quick! Couldn’t believe the quality of the equipment and how whisper quiet it is now. Even with helping to set up app and vehicles Justin was still pulling out of the driveway @ 1205! Thanks to Justin and Precision Door for such a smooth experience.

My garage door failed Thursday evening and I called Precision at 7pm that night. They had someone at my house by 11AM Friday. Justin made quick work of my broken spring issue. Regarding Travis R, this is the second time that he has make a service call for my garage door. On 3/3/23, he did an excellent job replacing the requisite hardware for my door. On 3/6/25, Travis provided a thorough estimate for a new garage door. He also gave reasons for the problems that I have had with my current door.
