I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge and service of Brian Daley. When he arrived, I thought I was headed for over $1,000 in repairs. Within minutes, Brian assessed my garage door damages and clearly explained the tactical steps we'd need to take to avoid such hefty costs. Though we have to wait for installation of the new part ordered, Brian also fixed 50% of the issue right onsite with no trouble. I would absolutely book again.

Eddie replaced my garage door Motor & Belt, Remotes and Keypads. He provided quotes for all options to accomplish my repair. I chose to replace the motor because of its age. He was courteous and pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Eddie removed old parts and any debris and made sure that codes worked for both old and new garage motors before leaving. Precision replaced the spring in the opposite door a few years ago. When I called, I talked with a real person on a Sunday to make the appointment. I highly recommend Precision.

I had three garage doors replaced last fall there was an issue with the third bay door camera and how it opened I called they sent someone out the same week it was a minor adjustment and everything is working fine. I would highly recommend Precision for new doors and maintenance !

Barry made quick work of replacing my self-destructed door opener and lift system despite the extreme heat. I was shocked that new door hardware (springs, cables, pulleys, rollers) costs more than a new drive unit, but I am happy that the new hardware has ten times the rated cycle life versus the OEM hardware, and the door is rolling so much more easily now than it had been. I'm a little bummed that the new drive units don't support multiple wired control switches in parallel. All this "smart" technology, yet we seem to have taken a step backward in basic installation versatility. Oh well; I ordered a wireless wall controller to replace my old doorbell switch. Anyway, thanks to Barry, my garage door is working like new.

I have had an issue with one of my garage doors for quite some time with it not wanting to stay closed. So I figured that I would just replace the whole opener mechanism. Through some online research of repair / installers, I ended up picking Precision Door Service. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional. Wanted to take a look at the situation before recommending a replacement unit. He said all that was needed was some adjustment but would replace the unit if I really wanted to, but said that it really was not necessary. Made the adjustments and everything worked flawlessly. So hard to find a business that doesn't want to rake you over the coals and have you buy items that you don't really need. Top notch company and team.
