And even better- he told me I wouldn't be charged because it was under warranty, even though when I made they appointment I was told I had to pay $140 just to have the tech come to my house. If it was just based on service I would give 5 stars, fast and easy service. The cost of what I received is where the stars are lost. I paid $445 for the tech to unlock the mechanism, change the key pad and receive 2 openers and maybe took 15 minutes. I know the initial person coming is $144 but it doesn’t seem like the rest would add up to $300. The invoice did not have a price breakdown just QTY and the total.

I was very pleased with the fact that I called on a Friday and the worker was here on Monday morning. The gentleman was courteous and professional. My garage door wouldn't open (or close) but it now works very smoothly and quietly. I did get a warranty with the service but hope I don't need it.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because the website indicated they were comprehensive enough to have the tools, parts and employee expertise to solve my door issue. And they did! All parts were on the service truck. I got next day service and the technician (Justin) was very competent and professional. He replaced the part of my garage door opening system that was causing the problem.

I was having trouble with my garage door openers slamming down hard and not opening properly. Lloyd came out and had the problem fixed in no time. He took the time to explain the issue to me and possible future spring replacement. He knew exactly what he was doing. You were the second company I called the first just came in and took the opener units apart and told me I needed new units. I'm certainly glad I called for a second opinion! I had a nice conversation with Lloyd and I think I found my husband a new fishing partner!

Request garage door repair but only option given was $4500 replacement door. Several people and google search said simple angle iron brace to repair. Called local garage door service and door was repair, with angle iron brace, and working great. Cost of repair $150! Would NOT recommend your company as it appears I was charged for a sales pitch!
