I was very pleased with the fact that I called on a Friday and the worker was here on Monday morning. The gentleman was courteous and professional. My garage door wouldn't open (or close) but it now works very smoothly and quietly. I did get a warranty with the service but hope I don't need it.

Justin was terrific. Called ahead, showed up on time, clearly knew what he was doing, quick diagnosis and repair. Neat and clean reinstallation. Reset all the codes, and asked if there was anything more he could do for me. Highly professional in every way. Will clearly use this company again if need arises.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because the website indicated they were comprehensive enough to have the tools, parts and employee expertise to solve my door issue. And they did! All parts were on the service truck. I got next day service and the technician (Justin) was very competent and professional. He replaced the part of my garage door opening system that was causing the problem.

We have worked with Precision in the past and we have not found a better company for garage door service and installations. Our technician today, Lloyd, was nothing short of outstanding. Showed up to the appointment early, was able to identify the issues quickly and resolved them in minutes.

I was having trouble with my garage door openers slamming down hard and not opening properly. Lloyd came out and had the problem fixed in no time. He took the time to explain the issue to me and possible future spring replacement. He knew exactly what he was doing. You were the second company I called the first just came in and took the opener units apart and told me I needed new units. I'm certainly glad I called for a second opinion! I had a nice conversation with Lloyd and I think I found my husband a new fishing partner!

Barry Williams was excellent. Went above and beyond what I expected. 1 spring was broke, which is why I had called for service, he replaced both springs, and found 3 hinges that were broken, he replaced all in a short amount of time. Good for many more years now. Thanks Barry.

Barry showed up as promised. He was a true professional and gave me an honest assessment. He was able to fix my door within minutes and refused to charge me for his efforts. That was totally unexpected and a demonstration of his and the company’s integrity. Well done Precision door. I highly recommend

I was looking for a company to install a garage door opener. Their name sounded reliable, their reviews were excellent and the customer service was beyond great! I emailed them seeking a quote and they texted me back, which was so convenient. We set up a time for tech to come measure for it. Tech called within scheduled window to let us know exactly when he would arrive. He gave us options for the openers and had them in his truck and installed it that night! We are so happy with Precision Door Service that we plan to have them replace two older door openers with the nice quiet models (with key pads!) and we want to request the same tech we had last night. He was awesome. Thanks so much! Five stars all around.
