Justin Rice is a top notch garage door tech! He explained everything which needed to be done and performed the tasks flawlessly. Justin went above and beyond my expectations and took it upon himself to correct the immediate issue and actually at the same time fixed a few other problems with my door. excellent service and I could not be happier. Hat`s off to Justin and if all of Precision`s people are like Justin it`s a winning formula!

Love your notification system. I was sent a picture and the name of who would be arriving at my home. Also, notified 1/2 hour before arrival. Matt was courteous, friendly and completed the repair within 1 hour of arrival. He cleaned up and was on to his next call. Completely satisfied.

Our 25 year old garage door opener finally quit on a minus 14 degree morning. Your technician was here within a few days. No parts were available for the old opener but he had new openers with him and he installed the new one, adjusted the opener and the door, and programed the remotes. He arrived here on time, actually was early, and did an excellent job. He was here on another warm, minus 12 degree morning, but he never skipped a beat! Thank you.

I called because my 15 year old opener quit working. I expected a several day wait and was very surprised they fit me in the next day. Justin called and asked to come early (bonus!). Justin was professional and had our new opener installed in no time. He also supplied me with a list of things that will need replacement but told me to hold off due to the cost. That’s a huge help which allows us to budget. I have used another company for 15 years and I never received this kind of service. I will be a Precision customer from now on. Our technician, Mike Maghakian, was very professional and friendly. He explained our options to replace and repair our garage door. He recommended their rebuild package which included replacing all the pulleys, rollers, safety cables and springs. He completed the repair and update in a very quick time. Great job!

My door spring broke on Sunday and I was able to get hold of a representative who scheduled an appointment that worked for me. The technician, Mike, was very courteous and helpful and was actually early and was able to repair the door very quickly. He also gave me tips on how to properly maintain the doors in my garage. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!

Very professional from start to finish. Door is 11 years old and had never been serviced, It had no problem but I felt I needed to have a check-up. Technition was more than promp in arrival, explained exactly what he was going to do and why and instructed me in how to continue upkeep going forward. He also indicated what else might need attention in the future and what the approximate cost would be. I definitely would retain this company again

This morning, Paul came by our house to look at the decorative inserts on our two garage doors. We were considering replacing them, if possible. Paul drove all the way from the MA/CT border to see us in Nashua, and he did not charge us for the estimate/evaluation. He showed us how to remove the inserts without breaking them, and we discussed options, since the company that had made them went out of business. Paul was very helpful, and we appreciated that he drove so far in order to meet with us for a short time.
