Hello, my name is Bob Fournier and I live in Hudson, NH. I called Precision Door and requested a telephone estimate on the replacement of the bottom seal on my 45 year old 9 ft. garage door. I received a telephone conversation estimate, that I felt was very fair and proceeded to schedule an appointment. The scheduled appointment with the repair person, was set for today (9/07/23) and I was notified twice to confirm an approximate arrival time. The Repair Person was precisely on time and completed the replacement of the door seal, as requested. The Service and Price was exceptional!! I would not hesitate in using Precision in the future, if ever needing garage door service/repair.

A spring went on my door recently so I decided to make an appointment with Precision Door. Being able to schedule everything online was a big plus for me. I was notified when the tech would arrive and they were promptly on time. Dylan was who repaired my door and was super friendly and professional. He gave me a rundown on the repairs needed, all the options and gave his personal suggestion what needed to be done. He told me it would take an hour but I'd be surprised if it took him more than thirty minutes to replace both springs and cables. Definitely holding onto his card and I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for garage door service

Great service, I am very happy I waited for the second opinion. First local company wanted to charge me $200 just for closing my garage door and told me that the door are not fixable and needed to be replaced for $3000. This morning, Paul came by our house to look at the decorative inserts on our two garage doors. We were considering replacing them, if possible. Paul drove all the way from the MA/CT border to see us in Nashua, and he did not charge us for the estimate/evaluation. He showed us how to remove the inserts without breaking them, and we discussed options, since the company that had made them went out of business. Paul was very helpful, and we appreciated that he drove so far in order to meet with us for a short time.
