I called because my 15 year old opener quit working. I expected a several day wait and was very surprised they fit me in the next day. Justin called and asked to come early (bonus!). Justin was professional and had our new opener installed in no time. He also supplied me with a list of things that will need replacement but told me to hold off due to the cost. That’s a huge help which allows us to budget. I have used another company for 15 years and I never received this kind of service. I will be a Precision customer from now on.
