Wow! That was a great experience using Precision Door. On Saturday our opener motor pretty much exploded(sic) with pieces everywhere and a chain hanging off the rail. I was given an appointment for Monday with a 4 hr window between 1000-1400. Technician (Justin) pulled into my driveway @ 1005. Justin gave me options which included a full replacement on parts and motor. Justin was great; quality of work, professionalism and quick! Couldn’t believe the quality of the equipment and how whisper quiet it is now. Even with helping to set up app and vehicles Justin was still pulling out of the driveway @ 1205! Thanks to Justin and Precision Door for such a smooth experience.

Technician Justin arrived on time and ready to tackle my three overhead doors…each with a different problem. A half hour later, all three doors had been addressed and set right! I am kicking myself I didn’t call sooner. For several years I’d been struggling with one door in particular. My garage door failed Thursday evening and I called Precision at 7pm that night. They had someone at my house by 11AM Friday. Justin made quick work of my broken spring issue. I decided to replace some of the other moving components at Justin's suggestion, and now my door is so quiet and smooth. This guy really knows his trade and was very easy to deal with. Precision made paying easy with a link sent to my email. Great company, I would definitly recommend them to family and friends.

Regarding Travis R, this is the second time that he has make a service call for my garage door. On 3/3/23, he did an excellent job replacing the requisite hardware for my door. On 3/6/25, Travis provided a thorough estimate for a new garage door. He also gave reasons for the problems that I have had with my current door. Travis demonstrated both knowledge and patience with his explanations. I highly recommend his services!

He was very professional and pleasant. He went right to work and was patient with me as I tried out the door when everything was completed. I was also pleased with the Company. If it was just based on service I would give 5 stars, fast and easy service. The cost of what I received is where the stars are lost. I paid $445 for the tech to unlock the mechanism, change the key pad and receive 2 openers and maybe took 15 minutes. I know the initial person coming is $144 but it doesn’t seem like the rest would add up to $300. The invoice did not have a price breakdown just QTY and the total.

I was very pleased with the fact that I called on a Friday and the worker was here on Monday morning. The gentleman was courteous and professional. My garage door wouldn't open (or close) but it now works very smoothly and quietly. I did get a warranty with the service but hope I don't need it.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because the website indicated they were comprehensive enough to have the tools, parts and employee expertise to solve my door issue. And they did! All parts were on the service truck. I got next day service and the technician (Justin) was very competent and professional. Request garage door repair but only option given was $4500 replacement door. Several people and google search said simple angle iron brace to repair. Called local garage door service and door was repair, with angle iron brace, and working great. Cost of repair $150! Would NOT recommend your company as it appears I was charged for a sales pitch!

Overall, I am very happy with the service provided. My garage door was not working and now it does. At first I was frustrated after first tech left because we paid a lot of money for us to have the same problem. After calling, Precision sent another tech asap to assist with the problem and it was fixed and I was reassured that the previous fixes were also needed. Thank you Precision for your help!
