All I needed was to fix my connections to my garage doors for the 2nd remote and the keypad. Plus, wanted tracks checked and oiled. Doors were new in 2016. Was just a bunch of smoke and mirrors about the price from this guy Mike. $110 to come out, then it was $185 just to spray the garage doors (that otherwise had no problem), then that became $139.95 but he didn't want to do the 2nd door at first. Apparently, I did need a new 2nd remote (not sure, as I gave him 2 other ones that I had just bought batteries for) so that ramped the price up again to be $186.95. He didn't even set up the remotes the way I wanted them. Never again will I hire Precision. I just paid it, because I wanted it done. Hire better employees is my advice.

Mike M is simply awesome. Called 30 minutes out before arrival and could arrive earlier, if ok with me, which was fine. Took one second to assess bearings were shot. He clearly explained cost, options and time. Methodically took all the products needed out of his truck, neatly set up for the rebuild and completed the job of replacing garage doors springs, cables, rollers, etc. in a short amount of time. A true professional, friendly, courteous and maintained safety and social distancing. Highly recommend this tech.

Scott was great. One comment, when i first called I asked for a ball park price. I knew it was low and expected 2x, but I did not expect 3x. You should educate your phone personnel to set a better expectation.

Mike Maghakian was absolutely awesome. Called and asked if he could come early. Hell yea! Came right in, diagnosed the issue, suggested options clearly and completely which allowed me to make an informed decision. New opener was clearly the thing to do. We chatted the whole time and he never stopped working. Got the job done quickly, efficiently and professionally. We have two doors and you can be sure when the next one needs help we will be calling and asking for Mike! Keep up the great work! I now have a go-to garage door company I can recommend to family and friends, and I will.

Mike Maghakian came back to adjust my brand new door, which was making a scraping noise, and would not go all the way down. The brackets were too tight, and he showed me that there was metal shavings from the door being too tight. Mike adjusted everything, and fixed other small imperfections, and everything seems to be quiet and running great now. Mike was professional and awesome in the way he explained what was going on. His service levels were above and beyond expected, and would recommend others to do business with your company. David

Great job took pride in his work explained how my friends door works he gave me different choices but it wasn’t rocket science to know what way to go it was a little more to do things write but wasHad a complete reboot which I thought was the best way to go it was $150 or changed all the rollers to be arranged a hold of Maine still pull up made the whole system some better and lubricated all the Hinges didn’t incredible job explained everything it was very pleasant person

Precision garage door! I can’t say how happy I was to find a door company open with the COVID-19. Called on Thursday and they set up an appointment for the next day, gave me a time and the service tech call saying he was on his way ( early ) and when he got to my house he looked over the issue and gave me three options. We pick the options we wanted it before you know it he had it completed then show me that the door was balanced and asked if I had any questions. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or anyone it asked me about them. Thanks for the fast response and the service tech was very informative and polite. I will definitely call you if I ever need help again

Recently moved to this area and relying on ads and reviews to find service companies. I was really pleased from my first call to request service ( 6pm on a Saturday) and actually spoke to a very helpful guy who scheduled me right away. The tech came when scheduled, performed the repair and the price was very reasonable! Couldn’t ask for more! Thanks to all involved in my transaction!

Unlike my experience in 2013, I was quite disappointed with Precision the second time around. Will never contact them again. Had a simple problem with a broken spring. The serviceman quoted $700 to do that and a bunch of other unnecessary things. After saying no, he said he'll do the necessary for $400. Thought that was still very high to replace a spring so declined. BEWARE: there's a $135 charge for the service call. This is mentioned on the phone but nowhere in the confirmation letter for the appointment. I declined anyway and got the job done within 15 minutes as expected by a reputable garage door repair company in Nashua. And it cost just $225.

We are very sorry you didn’t have the experience you were expecting from us. We sincerely believe that our customers deserve to understand the condition of their door(s) and to have us make recommendations on what work is required to solve the immediate problem, as well as, what other things they should consider having done to their door (things that if left unattended will create future problems). Those other recommendations are the options that the customer implied we were chasing him with. In reviewing our safety inspection from the 2013 service call, we can see that we made several of the same recommendations (replacing worn or fatiguing parts that will cause future problems). Again, we feel it’s our job to make suggestions and to then perform the work that the customer wants. Honestly, it’s kinda unfair to position our options in any other way; specifically, to imply that we are suggesting unnecessary work is to simply not understand what a service company is there to do. Stated simply we provide up to three options and walk the customer through them (explaining why) and then perform the services that the customer feels is right for them. Despite serious cost pressures, the prices for the options provided in 2013 were the same as they were in May of 2018. We are totally upfront with our pricing – we do not do any work without receiving authorization. I’m not sure why the customer feels that we should mention our fees multiple times – once we get acknowledgement from the customer we assume they get it.

Tech Barry came right when expected. Expert repair done perfectly in minutes, plus he noticed a potentially dangerous problem with the coils that move the door up and down and repaired it. Outstanding service, pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

Our garage door springs broke, after 10 years, on a Sunday. Both cars were in the garage so there was no way to get them out. We called the number and was able to get an appointment for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, gave us acceptable estimate, and got to work. He finished the job within an hour. Door was working perfectly when he left. I would use this company and recommend.
