What a pleasure it was using Precision. The gentleman that came to replace my garage door opener was not only professional but friendly. He was even kind to my chickens who came running to see what was going on when the garage door opened! He was also efficient--got the job done in 1 hour, took away the old fixture, and left my garage clean and neat. He also explained how to use the wall unit, the remotes, and set up and explained the outside keypad opener. What a treat that is! The service was excellent from the young lady who initially took my call and made the appointment to the installer who replaced the opener. When the time comes to replace the other garage opener I will be calling Precision to get the job done. Thanks!

Service was very good and doors work well. However, I do think that $900.00 for a set of springs and pulleys with 15 minutes labor is a little excessive but I was in a hurry and needed it done. I would definately check some other prices out next time.

I'm not certain the name of my technician but boy did he know his stuff! He finished a rather large job lickety split and with total efficiency. Lots of items were replaced and he knew his stuff! He even hauled away the old, broken parts and swept the garage floor. I highly recommend this company.

Hello, my name is Bob Fournier and I live in Hudson, NH. I called Precision Door and requested a telephone estimate on the replacement of the bottom seal on my 45 year old 9 ft. garage door. I received a telephone conversation estimate, that I felt was very fair and proceeded to schedule an appointment. The scheduled appointment with the repair person, was set for today (9/07/23) and I was notified twice to confirm an approximate arrival time. The Repair Person was precisely on time and completed the replacement of the door seal, as requested. The Service and Price was exceptional!! I would not hesitate in using Precision in the future, if ever needing garage door service/repair.

A spring went on my door recently so I decided to make an appointment with Precision Door. Being able to schedule everything online was a big plus for me. I was notified when the tech would arrive and they were promptly on time. Dylan was who repaired my door and was super friendly and professional. He gave me a rundown on the repairs needed, all the options and gave his personal suggestion what needed to be done. He told me it would take an hour but I'd be surprised if it took him more than thirty minutes to replace both springs and cables. Definitely holding onto his card and I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for garage door service
